A five-star hotel on the Black Sea shore in central Sochi, next to the Marine Terminal and the embankment. 198 rooms with sea or mountain views, a restaurant, a lobby lounge, an outdoor pool and a spa centre. Sochi is a city of chess history: the 2014 World Championship match between Magnus Carlsen and Viswanathan Anand was played here. The hotel offers over 1,000 m² of conference space: a ballroom for ceremonies, eight meeting rooms, and open sea-view terraces for informal gatherings. The mild climate makes it an ideal venue for ICTA winter festivals — tournament days combine easily with embankment walks and a trip to Krasnaya Polyana.
